"One Minute English Course"

Bedre Foundation has been conducting "Applied English Course" and "Basic English Course" batches since 1985. It was started in Shimoga as ‘National Institute of English’. In 1991 the institution was shifted to Chitradurga and it was re-named as ‘Shanthinikethan Institute of English’. In 2002 a new ‘Language Laboratory’ was added to it at Bedre Foundation, Sanskrithi Nagar, Teacher’s Colony, Chitradurga.
Many new teaching items were produced at the institute to help the teachers and students. A few books were published by Bedre Publications. More than 600 batches were given training.
During this ‘Summer Vacation’ the Foundation is conducting two batches for the benifit of the lovers of English.

Day 1 : Introduction - Importance of learning English - Importance of modern Educational Technology in the process of learning English - Importance of Language Games - Oral, Paper and Pencil , Toys and Electronic Games - Importance of Spoken and Written language - The role of Media in lanugage learning - English for Specific Purposes.



Day 2 : Language - Definition - Spoken, Written and Symbolic languages - Own language and Other languages - Phonetic and Syllabic - Skills of learning a language - Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing - Skills of comprehension and Skills of expression.
